Who are we?

Instructional Design Team designs and develops training resources – programs, courses, comms, and others – to continuously improve the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees. We work directly with the business to define training needs and objectives, and utilize professional software to develop engaging materials.

The ID Team is part of the GSO - both are managed by Tanuja Ghosh Boral. The team is made up of four designers:

Requests that require support from the Instructional Design Team must be submitted via GLD Intake Form.

Types of Support

Communications are sent out by the ID team to the target audiences as e-mails.

Training materials are developed and uploaded to Saba as interactive e-learnings or slide decks.
