Who are we?
Instructional Design Team designs and develops training resources – programs, courses, comms, and others – to continuously improve the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees. We work directly with the business to define training needs and objectives, and utilize professional software to develop engaging materials.

Design innovative, effective learning solutions to enable and empower Groupon employees to succeed and improve in their roles.
Organization Structure
The ID Team is part of the GSO - both are managed by Tanuja Ghosh Boral. The team is made up of four designers:
Magda Brol located in Warsaw
Oussama Bouzid located in Warsaw
Laura Marleen Alma located in Valencia
Smrithi S located in Chennai
Need support?
Requests that require support from the Instructional Design Team must be submitted via GLD Intake Form.
Types of Support
Communications are sent out by the ID team to the target audiences as e-mails.
Training materials are developed and uploaded to Saba as interactive e-learnings or slide decks.
Intake Review Process
Intake is approved by the sponsor and submitted
ID manager reviews the intake, reaches out for more information if needed, and approves or rejects it
If approved, the manager assigns a designer to the intake
