Transformer Awards
The What
Given out monthly to 2 teammates, the "Transformer" awards recognise and celebrate exceptional individuals within our organisation who exemplify Groupons Values. The recipients should be Grouponers who display Ownership & Performance, are High Performing, Transparent, are Innovative and Customer Focused and treat their colleagues with Respect, Integrity and Inclusion. By recognising the impact, we aim to encourage a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that our organisation remains at the forefront of innovation and progress.
How to Nominate
Teammates are encouraged to send in nominations via this form. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible why they deserve to win: describe a recent project they worked on, cite an example of their collaboration or evidence of their innovation. This form will remain open, and you can nominate a teammate at anytime.
Winner Selection
2 winners will be chosen monthly:
1 by leadership after reviewing the monthly nominations
1 by teammates, via a Slido poll that will be sent out to the entire org.
Winners will be announced via The Evidence Blog before the month is out.
The Prizes
An expensable meal on us up to $100 (or local currency equivalent)
$250 Groupon Bucks (or expensable experience where outside of a Groupon market) to be used towards a local experience of your choice
