Communications are sent out by the ID team to the target audiences as e-mails.
Training materials are developed and uploaded to Saba as interactive e-learnings or slide decks.
Training delivery is performed by the Training Delivery Team

Intake is approved by the sponsor and submitted
The manager reviews the intake, reaches out for more information if needed, and approves or rejects it
If approved, the manager assigns a designer and/or trainer to the intake
