Time Tracking
For our engineering and product team, time tracking is a significant and highly important daily task. Ensuring we have clear visibility of how our team's time is being spent each day has multiple benefits, such as; ensuring our teammates' are paid correctly, effectively scoping out bandwidth and priority of projects, and efficient assignment of resources.
To ensure you are completing your time tracking accurately, here are some helpful tips.
Note: The TimeTracking process is currently under review and some changes will be implemented during Q2. The basic rules will remain the same, but we expect minor changes in the details.
